MOLLEM: In a display of exceptional skill and quick response, the staff of the 108 ambulance service successfully conducted an emergency delivery of a pregnant woman at Mollem.
In a remarkable incident, Ambulance 108 swiftly responded to a call for assistance in a pregnancy case. The timely arrival of the Mollem ambulance, with EMT Pundlik Sutar and Pilot Rajesh Gaonkar, played a crucial role.
“Despite the challenges faced on the way, EMT Pundlik Sutar efficiently conducted the delivery in the ambulance, ensuring the safety of both the mother, Premlata, and the newborn,” said Health Minister Vishwajit Rane.
He further said that this exemplary response highlights the life-saving impact of Ambulance 108’s services
