PANJIM: It may be the first time that the entire village of Maulinge did not vote for the ZP Polls. They had boycotted the polls as the Chief Minister, and local MLA did not solve their single problems and developmental works.
In all, 1150 voters of Maulinge in Mayem boycotted Zilla Panchayat election. Not a single voter turned out so far
It can be recalled that villagers have threatened to boycott the 2022 State Assembly elections.
