PANAJI: Goa Tourism is all set to participate in the upcoming Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF) Kolkata 2025, scheduled to take place from July 10 to 12 at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan. The event, regarded as India’s largest travel trade exhibition, provides Goa Tourism with a strategic platform to promote the state’s evolving tourism narrative to travel professionals, industry leaders, and visitors from across East India.
Speaking about the significance of the event, Director of Tourism, Kedar Naik, said, “TTF Kolkata is an important outreach initiative for us. This year, we want to showcase that Goa is more than just sun and sand—it’s an immersive experience rooted in sustainability, culture, and community.”
At this year’s edition, Goa will present a rich blend of traditional heritage and modern sustainability, anchored in its Regenerative Tourism strategy. Moving beyond conventional beach tourism, the state will highlight monsoon getaways, rural trails, wellness retreats, spiritual circuits, and community-based tourism that promote local involvement and preserve Goa’s cultural essence.
A major highlight will be the ‘Ekadasha Teertha’ spiritual circuit, featuring eleven sacred temples across Goa, alongside curated heritage walks and authentic village homestays. These initiatives aim to offer tourists a deeper, more mindful connection with the state’s spiritual and historical roots.
Adding a visual and emotional appeal to the showcase is the ‘Glow On Arrival’ campaign, a monsoon-themed initiative that captures the lush, rain-soaked beauty of Goa—from misty hills and verdant countryside to glistening heritage structures. The campaign is designed to promote mindful monsoon travel, positioning Goa as an ideal destination for peace, rejuvenation, and soulful discovery.
The Goa Tourism Pavilion at TTF Kolkata will also feature interactive digital tools, including QR-based information access and virtual reality (VR) experiences, allowing visitors to explore Goa’s diverse offerings in an engaging format. Delegates from Goa will also connect with domestic and international travel agents and tourism boards to foster collaborations and share best practices.
As a nod to the cultural synergy between Goa and West Bengal, the pavilion will also highlight shared passions such as football culture, culinary richness, and festive traditions—strengthening regional bonds through interactive elements and storytelling.
In addition, spot bookings for Goa holidays will be facilitated directly at the stall, allowing visitors to plan their vacations with the help of official tourism representatives, Goan hoteliers, and tour operators, ensuring a smooth and personalized travel experience.
Goa Tourism invites all travel trade professionals and enthusiasts to visit its pavilion at TTF Kolkata 2025 and discover how Goa is reinventing tourism through innovation, authenticity, and inclusivity.
