COLVALE: Colvale Police has arrested three persons on charges of abducting a Thivim resident.
As per information, Hitesh Babulalji Jangid, r/o Madel, Thivim Bardez Goa N/o Nevri Kalyanpur, Rajasthan was abducted on 28/04/2024 from Madel Thivim by three unknown accused persons having descriptions as two persons having tall build, long beard and one person having fat build in their Brezza car.
The three further assaulted him with hard object causing him bodily injures and also took away his mobile phone make Redmi 5G, gold finger ring and wallet containing cash of Rs. 5,000/- and further threatened to kill him.
Acting swiftly on the above complaint, the team under the leadership of PI Vijay Rane of Colvale PS consisting of PSI Subhash Gaonkar, PC Praveen Patil and PC Nikhil Naik of Colvale Police Station got into action and collected intelligence from reliable sources and all three accused persons have been identified and nabbed from Sawantwadi, Maharashtra.
Accused persons namely ) Balveer Singh Gurjar, Raj Kumar Choudhary and Virender Sumar have been placed under arrest on 29/04/2024 at 23.29 hrs after observing all SC guidelines observed and they are presently in Police Custody.
Brezza car used by accused persons during commission of crime has been attached.
