PANAJI: A 12-year-old girl was brutally raped by three people in different situations.
The three suspects who reportedly raped the same woman have been taken into custody by the Women Police Station in Panaji.
The victim claims that the three persons sexually attacked her on the same day last week.
Section 376-AB of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8(2) of the Goa Children’s Act, and Sections 4, 8, and 12 of the POCSO have all been used to register the three cases.
The three accused have been placed into judicial detention on remand.
