PANAJI: Three officers of the Goa Civil service, Nikhil Dessai, Prasanna Acharya and Vijay Paranjape are set to be promoted to the union Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
The decision to this effect was taken in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) meeting held today.
In September last year, 8 Goa civil service officers were promoted to IAS cadre.
