PANAJI: The Goa government today has declared a 31,280 square meter area at Reis Magos, Bardez, an investment promotion area and is asking the public for their thoughts on this declaration.
The establishment of a 5-star and 4-star hotel, multilevel parking in each of the hotel’s individual buildings with three levels of parking, landscape lighting, and an approach road to the village’s activities and facilities in survey number 95/1-A (part) are all proposed by Spark Healthline Private Limited.
The project has received approval in principle from the Investment Promotion Board, which has also advised the government to designate the area as an Investment Promotion Area.
Thus, any objections to the aforementioned proposal should be sent, in writing, to the Director of Industries, Trade and Commerce, Government of Goa, Panaji, Goa, as soon as possible.
