PANAJI: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane to said that his department has shifted 350 patients in coordination with GVK EMRI 108 to the new Super Speciality Block at GMC.
“At present, we have shifted about 350 patients in coordination with GVK EMRI 108 and they have been monitored and supervised by our team at the Super Specialty Block,” said Rane
He further said that his department has assured the people that we will commission the Super Specialty Block at the earliest under the guidance of the Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, it is the largest hospital built under PMSSY.
“In our unabated efforts, our team of doctors, nurses and all healthcare workers are ensuring seamless transition of patients to the new block along with providing the best health care facilities to reduce mortalities.” He added
Meanwhile to ensure seamless oxygen supply and reduce dependence on the trolley system we have started installation of 20,000 Litres of Medical Oxygen Tank at Goa Medical College.
