CALANGUTE: Calangute police today have arrested 36-year-old for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 16 year old minor girl.
As per information, accused person namely Derly Francise Fernandes, age -36 years, r/o Umta Wado Calangute, Bardez Goa kidnapped the minor daughter of the complainant having age of 16 years, from the lawful guardianship of the complainant.
He thereafter took her to one hotel room at Calangute and had forceful sexually intercourse with her against wish, thereby committed rape on her. F
Further, investigation is with PSI Navneet Goltekar.
