PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has stated that 39A approvals in the Sanquelim constituency will not proceed, indicating a rollback of the controversial provisions.
The Chief Minister said he has already held discussions with TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane regarding the matter and confirmed that the provisions will be withdrawn.
