PANAJI: The Goa State Urban Development Agency(GSUDA)now aims to use 3D City Planning Software application for urban planning.
GSUDA has invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for procurement, implementation and support of the 3D City Application for Urban Planning from eligible bidders.
The scope of the work of the bidder will include 3DCity Representation for Navigation, Assessment of encroachment of govt property, Estimation of solar power potential, Vantage point identification for advertisements, Infrastructure asset management, IoT Interface for analysis, Security & Surveillance and Data Acquisition, Procession & Usage.
GSUDA intends to leverage the 3DCity Platform for various urban planning scenario analyses and simulation studies before turning such plans into reality.
The 3DCity Platform is expected to handle multiple planning scenarios such as green energy potential, casing the traffic congestion by bridges/flyovers, green coverage planning, new township, new infrastructure, vantage points for advertisement boards, security coverage with CCTV, encroachment assessment, etc.
