PANJIM: Goa witnessed 641 new Covid positive cases today. While there were 344 recoveries and 9 deaths.
As per DHS bulletin, Nine more people died due to Covid in Goa taking the victim count of the state to 428.
Of the 9 deaths, 4 were recorded at GMC, 4 at ESI Hospital while one patient expired in private hospital in North Goa. 58-year-old man from Margao, 77-year-old woman from Salcete, 58-year-old man from Ponda, 45-year-old man from Margao, 75-year-old man from Chorao, 64-year-old woman from Aldona succumbed to the virus.
Further a 53-year-old man from Santa Cruz, 70-year-old woman from Sanguem and 79-year-old woman from Pernem died due to Covid in the last 24-hours in Goa.
