PANJIM: 644 new Covid cases were reported today in Goa while there were 399 recoveries and eight deaths.
As per DHS bulletin, eight more Covid deaths were reported in Goa in last 24 hours. This has taken the death toll of the state to 327.
Of the 8 deaths, 6 were reported in GMC and 2 at ESI Hospital Margao. 2 of the deaths took place within less than 12-hours of admission of the patient stated the DHS Mortality bulletin. 65–year old woman from Taleigao, 88–year old man from Sangolda, 85–year old woman from Porvorim, 45–year old man from Canca Verla, 80–year old man from Bicholim, 57–year old man from Caranzalem, 77–year old man from Curtorim and 60–year old man from Cansaulim succumebed to the disease in the last 24-hours.
Meanwhile, Active Cases are 5612, Total Cases 26783.
