A 65-year old lady Anita Borkar from Vaddem died after she was trapped under a boulder which came down crashing, last night on her house, near Goa Shipyard Vasco,
Her 35-year old son escaped unhurt.
Fire Fighters were able to retrieve body of the deceased with support from locals.
Rains have wreaked havoc in the State with floodings and minor landslides.
Officials said the boulder crashing down was also the result of rain.
