PANAJI: Aam Aadmi Party today welcomed the announcement made by Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant postponing the SSC and HSSC examinations as demanded by the students.
AAP Goa Convener Rahul Mhambre said it was a welcome announcement particularly given the fact that students have undergone a lot of stress and pain over the exams and had to protest at different places for quite some time now.
In the press conference held in the city addressed by AAP members Cecille Rodriguez and Nikhil Haldankar, Cecille said that In view of the stress that the students underwent, AAP has launched a tele counselling facility for the students who can call on 7504750475 for counselling advice.
Professional counsellors will guide and counsel the students on this number, said Nikhil.
