MARGAO: South Goa Collectorate on Tuesday has issued a circular allowing only those people in its premises with Aarogya Setu downloaded on their mobile which shows status “You are safe”.
The circular indirectly means that the people who do not ahve a smartphone cannot enter the Collectorate building as Aarogya Setu can be downloaded only on smart=phones.
“This inform you to allow only those public who have downloaded the Arogya Setu App on their mobile and their status is showing “You are safe” only then, they will be permitted to enter the premises of the Collectorate, if not, they may be advised to download the Arogya Setu App on their mobile which should display check “ You are safe” and allow entry after ensuring above.” The circular states
