PANAJI: BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanavade today said that action should be taken against Leader of Opposition Michael Lobo if he has done any irregularities.
“If Leader of Opposition Michael Lobo has done illegalities during his term as BJP Minister, and if TCP Min Vishwajit feels there are illegalities, action, then should be taken,” said Tanavade.
He further said there is no question of selective targeting; if Lobo has not done any illegalities, he has to prove it.
“Did not notice that time, But now that it has been noticed, there is no problem in taking action against it (referring to notices sent to Michael Lobo’s hotels),” he added.
Tanavade also said there is no question of this being selective targeting; if he is not doing anything illegal, he just has to prove it, and the matter will be closed.
