PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today said that as India has assumed the presidency of the G20, the state is all set to welcome the delegates of G20 states for a program to be held in Goa.
“India assumed the presidency of the G20. PM Narendra Modi rightly stated in Mann Ki Baat that many programs under G20 will be organised in various states of India. Goa is all set to welcome the delegates of G20 States for a program to be held in Goa,” said CM Sawant post the PM’s Mann ki Baat episode.
He further said that the in the 95th Episode of MannKiBaat, PM praised India’s ever-growing success stories in the Space Tech sector.
“The successful launch of Vikaram-S, the first Private Launch Vehicle developed by an indigenous Start Up, has expanded the horizon of India’s space sector,” he added.
Sawant said that India is sharing its prowess and success in Space with neighbouring countries also. A satellite jointly developed by India and Bhutan has been launched recently.
“Opening of Space Sector for the private sector has opened an ocean of opportunities for the youth of India in this sector,” CM said.
