PANAJI: BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh today termed former Minister Pandurang Madkaikar as a liar.
Singh was reacting to former Minister Pandurang Madkaikar bribery allegations.
“Former minister Pandurang Madkaikar is a liar under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, there is no corruption,” said Singh
He further said that Goa government is very clean and there is no corruption.
“Party is discussing on any inquiry to be conducted against Madkaikar but whatever he is speaking is lies and not right” he added
Singh said that Goans know that this BJP government is corruption free and clean.
“There is no need for verification, there is no truth in what Madkaikar said,” he added
Pandurang Madkaikar, a former minister in Goa, has made explosive allegations about widespread corruption within the state government.
He has claimed that ministers are more focused on accumulating wealth than addressing the pressing issues facing the state.
In a shocking revelation, Madkaikar had stated that he personally had to pay between ₹15-20 lakh to a minister in order to get a single file processed, further emphasizing the scale of the alleged corruption.
According to Madkaikar, what is being passed off as corruption is, in fact, a systematic “loot” of state resources.
