MAPUSA: A Nigerian National was arrested with narcotic drugs worth Rs 12 lakh at Arambol, Pernem by Anti Narcotic Cell(ANC) of Goa police. In a raid at Girkarwado, Arambol, Pernem, ANC nabbed the accused Shedalock Loivius Kama( age- 32 years) with 11.806 grams of LSD Liquid and 52.6 grams of ganja approximately worth Rs. 12 lakh
