ANJUNA: The Anjuna Police has detained a group of people for trespassing inside a Deventure Hotels and Resorts causing damage of main gate worth Rs 500.
Accordingly, the police has detained accused Roy along with others U/s 427,447,504,506(ii) r/w 34IPC upon the complaint of Rohan Harmalkar, representive of Deventure Hotel and Resorts Pvt.Ltd.
The police said that Roy along with others broke the lock of the main gate of the property of the Deventure Hotel and Resorts Pvt.Ltd, thereby causing loss of Rs.500/- and trespassed inside, further gave bad words in fitly language to the complainant and security personnel’s present and also threatened them with dire consequences to kill.
