PORVORIM: After touring various parts of Succor and interacting with voters through a series of corner meetings, BJP Zilla Panchayat candidate Amit Asnodkar has expressed confidence of victory in the forthcoming Zilla Panchayat elections.
Asnodkar said he personally met voters in Aradi, Kharre, 20-Point Colony, and in areas of the Saligao and Calangute constituencies that fall under the Succor Zilla Panchayat jurisdiction. He added that his campaign is focused on ensuring the overall development of Succor.
Tourism Minister and local MLA Rohan Khaunte has also actively joined Asnodkar’s campaign, meeting voters and participating in several corner meetings held at Maina Chapel, Kadamba Road, Joshwaddo Ganesh Temple area, Vadde, Varsha Colony, Prabhu Residency, and other locations. Sarpanch Sonia Pednekar and other Panchayat members were also present during these interactions.
Encouraged by the positive response from voters, Asnodkar said he is fully confident of winning and believes that people will vote for development. He added that he continues to meet voters personally during the day and connects with them through corner meetings in the evenings as part of his sustained campaign.
