MERCES: On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Goa in-charge and former Delhi Education Minister Atishi joined the festivities by visiting the homes of AAP Goa Vice President Chetan Kamat and AAP Youth Wing leader Pujan Malvankar.
Atishi offered prayers to Lord Ganesha and extended festive greetings to both leaders and their families.
Speaking on the celebrations, Atishi said she was deeply touched by Goa’s unique way of celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi, describing it as a festival that beautifully blends faith, tradition, and family bonding.
She added that experiencing the rituals firsthand and witnessing the warmth of Goan family gatherings was a memorable experience.
