Superintendent of Police and other senior officers were present for the meeting. Instructions were given to survey trees which are in dangerous conditions and to take necessary action, complete the fencing of mining pits, execute the demolition of dangerous buildings where demolition orders have been issued, take action on landslide and flood-prone areas etc. Also, officers were asked to depute nodal officers from various departments to take prompt action in the event of any incident.
