Team Goemkarponn MANDREM: In the early hours of Monday, a 38-year-old Russian national passed away at Sawantwada-Mandrem after suffering injuries. Sergei Brodskii had been living in a Sawantwada flat, Pernem police said. According to locals, Brodskii was calling for assistance at around 5:30 in the morning, and when they went to investigate, he claimed to have broken his back. A medical professional on duty at the Community Health Centre in Tuem later confirmed Brodskii dead upon arrival. Mandrem police performed a panchanama at the scene and filed a Section 194 B.N.S.S. complaint for unnatural death.
