According to police, they conducted a raid after receiving a tip that someone would be coming to deliver drugs to a potential customer near the Field Side restaurant in Dhonwaddo, Saligao. Dinesh Kumar, 30, was arrested after they were discovered in unlawful possession of 280 grams of a substance suspected of being charas, valued at Rs 2.8 lakh.
