Team Goemkarponn PANAJI: Notices inviting tender (NIT) for the e-auction of iron ore dumps located around the state have been released by the state government. Along with the State’s e-auction policy and the model tender document, the e-auction tender is available on the MSTC e-auction site at https://www.mstcecommerce.com/auctionhome/index_new.jsp. According to the NIT, the dumps up for auction are being offered “as is, where is.” As of Wednesday, the tender sale has begun. The e-auction will take place on January 22, 2025, and the Technical Qualified Bidder will be announced on January 20.

Team Goemkarponn PONDA: A Ponda man has been charged by Ponda police with getting an income certificate using the fake signature of Yogiraj Gosavi, the chief officer of the Ponda Municipal Council (PMC). When Sadanand Prabhugavakar applied for an income certificate, PMC staff discovered that he had reportedly attached a phony income certificate. Team Goemkarponn CHANDOR: An unidentified male, approximately 30 years old, was tragically run over by a train between KM-79/400 and KM-79/500, on the stretch between Chandor and Nessai Railway Stations. The incident was reported by the Deputy Station Master of Vasco Railway Station (SWR).
