Team Goemkarponn CARANZALEM: A 14-year-old and a 16-year-old girls were allegedly abducted from their separate locations by unidentified perpetrators in the Caranzalem and Anjuna regions. Police have filed proceedings against the unnamed perpetrators of these upsetting acts after receiving complaints from the parents of the victims. In both the cases, accused is unknown. Team Goemkarponn PANAJI: Mahanand Naik, the convicted serial killer, has petitioned the Bombay High Court in Goa to overturn the Sentence Review Board’s decision to deny him an early release, arguing that it fell short of 14 years of genuine incarceration. In addition, Naik requested the High Court’s help in contesting Sessions Court’s ruling that barred him from deferring his sentence.
