Team Goemkarponn PANAJI: Five people were taken into custody by the Goa Police’s Crime Branch for selling fake diplomas to applicants for government jobs. The defendants are Yuraj Gawade, 31, from Bicholim; Vishnudas Bhomkar, 42, from Carambolim; Yeshwant Kholkar, 37, from Taleigao; Bindi Parab, 34, from Cumbarjua; and Bhavesh Haldankar, 33, from Chorao.
