The victim’s name was revealed by the Old Goa police to be 26-year-old Sadetim, Chorao resident Ankita Volvoikar. Around 10.50 am, a two-wheeler rider was struck from behind by Shubham Kumar, a Himachal Pradesh resident, who was driving a military truck carelessly and rashly when it approached the Merces Circle.
