Goemkarponn Desk PANAJI: Rohan Shah, a national of Nepal, was arrested by Panaji police yesterday morning following a multi-vehicle incident on the Old Mandovi Bridge. Three scooter riders and pillion riders were hurt in the collision, which also caused a significant traffic bottleneck in Porvorim and Panaji during rush hour.
