According to sources, two buffaloes were found killed on the western side lane, signifying that some vehicles proceeding in Margao direction have knocked down the hapless bovines trapped on the road having no proper illumination . Traffic originating from Sucorro will move through the existing service road, while traffic in Porvorim will be rerouted from the Delfino side towards an alternate service road.
