In a letter to the town and country planning (TCP) department, the GBA flagged several serious violations in the approval process and alleged that the project was cleared despite significant lapses. The convener of GBA, Sabina Martins, highlighted “gross transgressions” by the project developer, Parmesh Construction Company Ltd.
