Panaji: In view of extremely to very heavy rainfall forecasted in Goa from June 8 to 12 by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Goa, the state-appointed lifesaver agency, Drishti Marine, has cautioned tourists and residents to take necessary precautions while visiting the state’s popular beaches. IMD has issued a red alert on June 8 and 9, predicting extremely heavy rainfall at isolated locations across Goa.
