Goemkarponn Desk PANAJI: Anti Narcotic Cell(ANC) of Goa police raided hydroponic cannabis plantation site at Borim, Ponda today and arrested a 31-year-old person. The accused identified as Yuvraj Borkar who was doing the cultivation was also found in possession of 150 gram hydroponic weed, 1 Kg ganja and 15 gram MDMA together worth Rs 8.50 lakh. According to ANC sleuths, Borkar who is a civil engineer by profession ordered the seeds from international website and cultivated cannabis in the basement of his residence. As per police, he sold the drugs in North Goa beach belt.
