Team Goemkarponn MORMUGAO: Mormugao Municipal Council (MMC) chairperson Girish Borker on Tuesday morning carried out a surprise inspection of the Vasco vegetable market, accompanied by municipal staff including market inspectors, following repeated complaints of congestion and illegal encroachments.
