Goemkapronn desk PANAJI: Goa Waste Management Corporation (GWMC) has withdrawn the tender for the Design, Engineering, and Development of “Waste to Art Park” at the existing Bhagwan Mahavir Balvihar Art Park at Campal, Panaji. “The tender stands cancelled/withdrawn with immediate effect. GWMC shall process the refund of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) at the earliest,” states the notice issued in this regard today.
