Mumbai, July 15, 2020: Reliance Industries Limited (“Reliance Industries”), Jio Platforms Limited (“Jio Platforms”) and Google LLC (“Google”) today announced the signing of binding agreements for an investment of ₹ 33,737 crore by Google into Jio Platforms. A day after the State hit the highest 170 positive cases in the State, the government has finally decided to go for a complete three-day lockdown from Friday July 17 to Sunday July 19. Besides this, the government has also decided to impose Janta curfew everyday from 8 pm to 6 pm everyday.
