PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today said that Revenue Minister Babush Monserrate who underwent angioplasty at Goa Medical College (GMC) would be discharged today.
“Babush Monserrate who underwent angioplasty at GMC would be discharged today. He is stable,” said Sawant
‘Babush’ Monserrate on late Sunday night suffered a mild heart attack at his Miramar residence.
He was immediately transported to the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Bambolim, where doctors performed an angioplasty to address the issue.
Currently, his condition is reported as stable, and he has been transferred to the super-speciality block for further care.
