OLDGOA: The District Magistrate, North Goa District, Panaji Goa has ordered the imposition of ban on the entry for tourists and members of the general public to the Besilica of Bom Jesus and Se Catedral, Old Goa from 18/11/2024 to 20/11/2024 both days inclusive, to facilitate the said preparations.
The order shall remain in force until 20/11/2024 unless modified or rescinded earlier.
It may be informed that the preparations for the upcoming exposition of the Sacred Relics of St. Francis Xavier are scheduled to commence from 21/11/2024 and are required to be undertaken urgently in and around the Basilica of Bom Jesus and the Se Catedral, in Old Goa.
