PANAJI: With new political entities making way to Goa politics ahead of polls, Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant said that converting powers are entering the State.
CM was speaking at the inaugural of a church hall in Ribandar. He said that except Goa, other states are witnessing fights over caste and religion.
Sawant said that Goa is the only State where people have maintained peace and harmony, and hence it’s vital that we remain alert.
He appealed to citizens to be cautioned and careful as converting powers have made their entry into State.
CM Sawant said also said that after becoming the first state in the country to do 100% vaccination, Goa will complete all its 2nd doze vaccinations starting October 30.
“Goa is the first State to provide 100% vaccinations, and the State has provided 100% free treatment in private hospitals during covid 2nd wave. From October 30, Goa will complete all its promised 2nd dose vaccinations,” he added.
