PANAJI: The Bharatiya Janata Party Goa unit has congratulated leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on their emphatic victory in the Rajya Sabha elections from Bihar.
In a statement, BJP Goa extended felicitations to party National President Nitin Nabin and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on their election to the Upper House of Parliament.
The party stated that their elevation would strengthen Bihar’s representation in Parliament and contribute to advancing Narendra Modi’s vision of a “Viksit Bharat.”
Highlighting the results, BJP Goa noted that the NDA’s clean sweep of all five Rajya Sabha seats in Bihar reflects strong public trust and unity behind its development agenda.
State BJP President Damu G Naik said the Goa unit joins party workers across the country in wishing both leaders a successful and productive tenure in national service.
