FATORDA: Goa Forward Party, PresIdent Vijai Sardesai has attacked the administration in the wake of the jobs for cash scandal, saying the BJP had lost its authority to govern the state.
Sardesai claimed in a video message made public today that the swindle has forged ties between the ruling party and the government, enabling corruption, nepotism, and unethical behavior to thrive.
“This circus has to leave. The BJP no longer has the authority to govern Goa. The BJP Goa has been directly linked to the most recent arrest in the enormous jobs for money scam, which has once again revealed the ruling party’s moral and ethical failings in public life. He questioned, “How long will this completely dishonest government and party continue to defraud Goemkars in every way of their lives?
Sardesai also called on PnS Sreedharan Pillai, the governor of Goa, to step in and put an end to the scandal of employment corruption.
“There’s not a single area of activity left in this state that isn’t tainted by corruption, nepotism, and incompetence,” he stated.
Many of the arrested, according to the GFP President, had connections to the BJP on a local and state level.
