PANAJI:State BJP held a meeting of all the North Goa Zilla Panchayat Members today to take review of the progress and discuss difficulties if any being faced by the newly elected ZP members.
The meeting was chaired by State BJP President Sadanand Shet Tanavade. ZP Members have been asked to have one-to-one interaction with voters in the nearby Municipal areas, informed Tanavade.
ZP members also expressed satisfaction over the fact that funds to the tune of Rs 8 crore through Panchayat Ministry and Rs 2.80 crore through 15th Finance commission have been allotted for Zilla Panchayat members to undertake developmental works.
