State BJP is not in favour of contesting Municipal polls on party lines informed BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanawde today. “We have told CM, if possible instead of holding these election on party lines, let them be conducted like earlier, without any party symbol. Finally govt will have to take the decision. Whatever decision the govt takes will be binding on us,” said Tanawade. “BJP will field panel but without party symbol,” said Tanawade. Municipal and CCP polls are to be held in Goa before April 2021.
