CANACONA: The 13th Quarterly Blood Donation Camp, and the 17th overall camp organised by the Blood Relations Foundation, was held on Sunday at the Disaster Management Shelter Home, Mahalwada, Poinguinim.
The camp was conducted in collaboration with Jana Sena Goa, Aryadurga Creations & Entertainment, Village Panchayat Poinguinim, and Victor Hospitals, Margao. A total of 30 donors came forward to participate in the noble cause, further strengthening the foundation’s mission to encourage voluntary blood donation in the Canacona region.
Among those present at the camp were Media Professional Adrian Torres, CA Neha Shrinivas Prabhu, Poinguinim Deputy Sarpanch Sunil Paingankar, Panch Satish Painguinkar, and Blood Relations Foundation members Anup Ajit Painginkar and Praveen R. Bhat.
Formed in October 2022, the Blood Relations Foundation has received strong community support and continues its dedicated mission of saving lives through blood donation. To date, the foundation has successfully organised 17 blood donation camps across Canacona, inspiring more residents to join the life-saving initiative.
