Chinchinim: A case of house burglary has been registered at the Cuncolim Police Station following a complaint by Ciano Peter Fernandes, a resident of Chinchinim, Salcete. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between July 27 and July 29, 2025.
According to the complainant, unknown miscreants gained unauthorized entry into his ancestral house by removing roof tiles. Once inside, the accused reportedly stole an old copper pot valued at ₹5,000 and fled the scene with the stolen property.
Cuncolim Police have initiated an investigation into the matter, which is being led by LPSI Riyanka Naik.
