PANAJI: Power Minister Sudin Dhavalikar on Tuesday said the bypoll schedule is expected to be announced either in March or in the first week of April, and may even coincide with elections in states such as West Bengal and Tamil Nadu.
Dhavalikar further stated that the alliance will continue as planned. Responding to remarks concerning Ketan Bhatikar, he said that in a democracy, everyone has the right to contest elections.
