CANACONA – Canacona police arrested at native of Karwar in Karnataka for theft of a Motor-cycle from Maxem-Loliem in Canacona.
According to Canacona police, one Nilesh Prabhudessai of Canacona has complained that some unknown accused has committed theft of his Hero Honda Passion Pro Motorcycle worth Rs.20,000/- approximately parked in Open Space at Mashem-Loliem in Canacona.
Police registered the offence under section 303(2) of BNS 2023 and during investigation rounded up one Sampad Ronad native of Karwar, Karnataka and after interrogation arrested the accused for the motorcycle theft.
The accused was later produced before JMFC, Canacona who remanded the Karwar native to 05 days police custody. Further investigation is with ASI Rohidas G Gaonkar of Canacona Police Station.
