CANACONA: A Orissa native is caught red-handed with 3 kg at Devabhaga in Canacona on Monday midnight.
According to Canacona PI Chandrakant Gawas, a raid was conducted by Canacona police late Monday night and caught one Satyaban Behera moving suspiciously at Devabhaga between 21.45 hrs to 23.45 hrs on Monday. Behera, 30, a native of Odisha, is found in possession of 3 kg of Ganja, valued at rupees 3 lakhs.. the accused is arrested, and further investigation is in progress, informed Gawas.
The narcotic raid was conducted by Canacona police under the overall supervision of SP South and SDPO Canacona.
